A vibrant student accommodation complex situated in Quagga Road, Proclamation Hill, Pretoria West. We accommodate a total of 605 TUT students of which 304 are in single rooms and 301 in partitioned sharing rooms. Students are bused to university.

To book a room at Muzinda Residence, you must first be accepted by Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and receive funding approval from the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS). If you’re an NSFAS beneficiary, your accommodation fees are fully covered.
